Question by Jessica: What is a good african-american beauty supply store in NYC?
Specifically in Manhattan and Brooklyn, what are some relatively large, decent-priced (hair) beauty supply stores that cater especially to African- American women? I am looking for a specific 27-piece quick weave in blonde and I can’t seem to find it. I have been in smaller beauty supply stores, but theyh have only had the quick weave in black and dark brown.
