get the blonding packets and the big bottle of creme developer. my friend savanah bleached out my black hair with that stuff from sally’s. your hair will be orange until you can bleach it again, i’d wait at least a week or two before bleaching it the second time so your hair doesn’t fall out. then wait another week or two and dye it whatever color you want to dye it, but you have to keep up the dye jobs or your hair will turn into straw. good luck.

You don’t ever use bleach to take color out of your hair, it will become straw. Sally’s sell a color remover, it is in a gold/orange box and has everything but gloves and a bottle/container to mix it. It works great without damaging your hair extensively. Remember to condition your hair when done. If you recolor your hair, remember that your hair is extremely porous after removing color, so use lighter colors to redye your hair or your hair will take up the darker color and you will unsatisfies with that.
Try this one… And wear dirty blond (not too dark though)
they actually should have a product called “stripper” that does exactly that.
You do not bleach tinted black hair. (I assume you meant tint, since dye is a whole different thing, and is murder to remove, if ever possible) You will want to use a colour remover — a special product that dissolves artificial colour from hair. It does not remove natural colour. Remember that in the coloured sections you have no natural colour left…all tints contain bleach so your own colour has mostly been removed.
Each colour company makes a product that goes by different brand names. Follow the directions for use.
This will leave your hair in a yellow or orange state, sometimes unevenly. You will have to remove more colour to make it a light yellow to get the platinum. That is when you will use bleach. The colour remover does not damage the hair, but the bleach will. The damage can be controlled if you know what you are doing.
Having this done by a professional is preferred. There are a few scary moments where you will need some special products, and the professional will have those. They will also be able to tell you whether they can bleach or not, depending on condition of the hair. You need to listen to their advice. It may mean you won’t get to be platinum at this time… until you can repair your hair. If your hair is too damaged now, bleaching will just dissolve it all away… and that may be worse.
