Question by P A N D A: Is ”sally beauty supply” a good place to buy make-up?
Like…im 13 and I like to wear a lil but ok make-up ( concelear and foundation with a lil bit of mascara) and I use mac , but it’s really expensive so I found out ”sally beauty supply” and i was wondering…is it a good store to shop at?
